Dawn Austin

Dawn is a Customer Service Agent who is a motivated team player, detail oriented and provides exceptional customer service. Dawn has an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Sciences from BYU-Idaho. She currently lives in Peru. Dawn spends her time scheduling the veterinarians and is an accounts receivable specialist. In her previous experience in customer service, Dawn has received consistent positive feedback from clients and created repeat business by developing long-term relationships with clients. Dawn looks forward to visiting client farms and improving her computer skills in QuickBooks and Office. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and three dogs. She’s a movie connoisseur who loves coloring, reading, listening to music, and making dream catchers.
